Generative AI Workshops for Corporate Marketing & Creative Teams
Kavangun Singh runs hands-on generative AI workshops for in-house marketing departments, creative directors and content teams across India. Over 150,000 people have already learned these workflows from his published content and built videos with them. In a workshop your team applies the same system to your own brief and keeps it in writing.
Who this is for
- In-house marketing teams asked to raise content output without raising headcount
- Creative directors deciding where generative tools fit in an existing pipeline
- Brand and content leads who need on-brand AI output, not generic stock
- L&D managers sourcing practical AI training rather than a conceptual overview
What we cover
Module 1 — Prompt engineering for visual output
Diffusion prompting, camera and lighting direction, and how to hold aesthetic consistency across text-to-image and text-to-video models. Your team writes and iterates real prompts against your own brief.
Module 2 — Synthetic video and commercial B-roll
Producing campaign B-roll and product prototypes with the current generation of video models. Where synthetic footage is convincing, where it still breaks, and how to direct around the failure modes.
Module 3 — Custom brand model training
Training a custom model on your branding, style guide and product lines so generated assets come out on-brand by default instead of being corrected afterwards.
Module 4 — Building the production SOP
Turning the previous three modules into a written workflow: a prompt library specific to your brand, a step-by-step production sequence, and review gates that keep quality consistent once we leave.
Why most AI training does not change anything
The common format is a presentation. Someone demonstrates a tool, the team is impressed for an afternoon, and nothing enters the actual pipeline because nobody built anything under real constraints. Two weeks later output looks exactly as it did before.
We run the opposite way round. Your team works on your own brief during the session, with your brand assets, hitting your real constraints. What gets produced is usable, and more importantly the process that produced it is written down before the session ends.
Where the material comes from
Everything taught in a workshop is drawn from work that is already public. The prompting methods, the model choices and the production sequence are the ones behind our own published output — over 500 million views, produced across collaborations with more than 50 AI platforms including OpenAI, Higgsfield and Gamma.
That material was taught publicly long before it was taught privately. More than 150,000 people have followed these workflows from our content and built videos with them, which means you can evaluate the teaching before you book anything. The evidence is on the channels, not in a case study we wrote about ourselves.
How the sessions run
Workshops are delivered on-site or remotely, and are scoped to your team's starting point — a group already using these tools daily needs a different session from one opening them for the first time. We agree the focus in a short scoping call before anything is booked.
Group sizes stay small enough that everyone is building rather than watching over a shoulder. Where a team is larger, we split across sessions instead of scaling the room.
What your team keeps
Every session ends with three artefacts: a prompt library written against your brand and products, a documented production workflow, and the standard operating procedures that keep output consistent after we leave. These are yours, in your systems.
The point is that content velocity holds once the session is over. Training that only works while we are in the room is not worth buying.
What is included
Brand-specific prompt library
Written against your products, style guide and tone during the session — not a generic prompt list.
Documented production workflow
The step-by-step sequence your team follows, from brief to published asset.
Standard operating procedures
Review gates and quality checks so output stays consistent across different people.
Post-workshop reference materials
The worked examples produced during the session, kept as reference for the team.
Common questions
How much does a generative AI workshop cost?
We quote per engagement rather than publishing a rate card, because cost depends on team size, session format, whether delivery is on-site or remote, and how much custom brand model work is involved. Email kavangun.collab@gmail.com and we will scope it on a short call, then send a figure in writing.
Are the workshops remote or in person?
Both. The hands-on format works either way — what matters is that your team builds with the tools during the session rather than watching a demonstration. On-site suits larger groups and remote suits distributed teams.
Does my team need existing AI experience?
No. Sessions are scoped to your team's starting point during the pre-workshop call, so a group opening these tools for the first time gets a different session from one already using them daily.
What does the team keep afterwards?
A prompt library written against your brand, a documented production workflow, and written standard operating procedures. The point is that content velocity holds after we leave rather than depending on us.
Who runs the workshops?
Kavangun Singh, an India-based AI content creator and educator who founded Framefolio. More than 150,000 people have learned these workflows from his published content and built videos with them. The methods taught are the ones used in his own production work, which has generated over 500 million views across collaborations with more than 50 AI platforms including OpenAI, Higgsfield and Gamma.
How do we book a workshop?
Email kavangun.collab@gmail.com with your team size, location and what you want the team to be able to do afterwards. We run a short scoping call, agree the format and focus, then confirm dates and pricing in writing.
