How we ran community management and post-production for Whop

We ran end-to-end community management and high-retention video post-production for a Whop creator community. We built a content pipeline that kept publishing consistent, and ran the day-to-day moderation and programming that turns a paid community into one people renew.

The problem

Paid communities fail quietly. Signups look healthy, the first month feels alive, and then the room goes silent because nothing is scheduled and nobody owns the calendar. This community was heading that way, and the founder was the only person producing anything.

What we did

We took over programming: a fixed weekly rhythm of sessions, prompts, and drops so members always knew what was coming. Predictability is what makes a community feel maintained rather than abandoned.

Alongside it we built the post-production pipeline. Sessions were cut into high-retention clips that served two purposes — recap material for members who missed them, and acquisition material for the top of the funnel. One recording, many assets.

We handled moderation and onboarding directly, so new members hit a structured first week instead of an empty chat.

The result

Engagement scaled and stayed scaled, and the content pipeline now runs without the founder in it. The community produces its own acquisition material as a by-product of being active.
