How we generated $375k in revenue for UR Hustle House

We led creative direction and growth campaigns for UR Hustle House, a real estate and high-performance media brand. We rebuilt the creative around a repeatable hook-and-proof structure and ran it across paid and organic distribution, generating $375k in revenue.

The problem

UR Hustle House had reach but inconsistent conversion. Individual pieces performed — then the next five did not. There was no system underneath the wins, so nothing could be scaled with confidence and every campaign started from zero.

What we did

We audited the entire back catalogue and isolated what the winners shared. It was not production value. It was structure: a specific claim in the first three seconds, proof before the pitch, and a single unambiguous action at the end.

We turned that into a creative template and produced against it rather than against taste. That made output predictable enough to run paid traffic behind, because we could forecast which variants would hold attention past the expensive first seconds.

We then split distribution. Organic carried the proof-heavy long-form that builds trust slowly; paid carried the tight, claim-forward cuts that convert fast. Each fed the other.

The result

The campaigns generated $375k in revenue. The more durable outcome is that the creative is now a system with known inputs — the brand can brief a new editor against it without losing performance.
